Adem\u00e1s se incrementa la incidencia de esta dificultad en las empresas al analizar las valoraciones de 2017 y las actuales.<\/li>\n<li>Desde un plano m\u00e1s profundo y complejo, el segundo de los obst\u00e1culos que se\u00f1alan las empresas se relaciona con las <strong>necesarias modificaciones que deben hacer en la gesti\u00f3n y la organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n en este caso esta dificultad se ha agudizado al analizar los datos de la investigaci\u00f3n realizada en 2017 y las valoraciones de 2020.<\/li>\n<li>Destaca en tercer lugar el <strong>orden de prioridades al que debe hacer frente la organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en los pr\u00f3ximos meses y que obliga a dedicar esfuerzos a otras estrategias para el desarrollo empresarial.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>escasa motivaci\u00f3n de las y los trabajadores<\/strong>, aunque sigue siendo un obst\u00e1culo, se reduce considerablemente como tal en opini\u00f3n de las y los responsables participantes al comparar las valoraciones de 2017 y 2020. En cambio, los <strong>recursos econ\u00f3micos de la empresa para promover formaci\u00f3n<\/strong> u otras estrategias similares para desarrollar las competencias transversales se perciben en mayor medida como una dificultad en 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table class=\"MsoTableGrid\" style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
